With over 21 years of extensive experience in Collections, Recoveries, Process, and Team Management, Saji serves as the Managing Director of Veer Kesari. His exceptional leadership and expertise in the financial services industry have been pivotal in shaping the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
Saji has a proven track record in managing delinquent accounts, developing effective recovery plans, and implementing robust risk mitigation frameworks. His deep understanding of risk management, coupled with his ability to oversee policies that address large-scale financial risks, has been instrumental in driving sustainable growth for the organization.
Saji has consistently excelled in leading high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and setting service standards that surpass expectations. His exceptional communication and relationship management skills ensure seamless collaboration across all levels, driving business success and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
Under his leadership, Veer Kesari has successfully managed collections across a diverse range of financial products, both secured and unsecured. His expertise includes handling accounts from early delinquency to Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and overseeing complex write-off cases.
Saji has held senior leadership roles at top NBFCs and banks, including Mahindra Finance, HDFC Bank, and Tata Motors Finance. His extensive experience across banking and NBFC sectors equips him to drive Veer Kesari’s growth and innovation in collections and recoveries.

Worked with E serve International ( Citigroup)/ Citi financial (Citigroup).
He has worked at Regional level in Standard chartered Bank. Magma Fincorp Ltd.
Have rich collections experience handling from X Bkts to managing NPA accounts.
Has handled CD/PL/SME BIL/LAP/Mortgage/HL/ 2 wheelers/Auto loans / Repossesions/Credit Card collections.
Have rich experience of SARFAESI.
